Amendments
to By-laws
These
by-laws may be altered, amended, or repealed and new by-laws may be
adopted by a majority (more than half) of the voting members present
at any regular or special meeting, if at least fifteen (l 5) day's
written notice is given of intention to alter, amend or repeal or to
adopt new by-laws at such meeting.
Each amendment shall have been proposed in writing to the Directors, or by
a committee authorized by the Directions of the Corporation. A copy
of the proposed amendment(s) and ballot shall be mailed to each
member entitled to vote at least thirty (30) days before the vote is
called by the Board. |
